Abstract Submission
All interested participants should submit a 2-page extended abstract. Abstracts should be submitted using the electronic submission form. All submitted abstracts will reviewed by the committee and the respective author/s will be notified accordingly in end July. Only participants who are corresponding authors will be considered for oral presentations.
Each abstract must be submitted by oral presenter as corresponding author. Basically, all the submitted abstracts will be accepted unless the abstract format is inapproriate or the content of the abstract does not fit to the symposium's objectives. The official reviewed results will be sent to corresponding author no later than the end of July.
Abstract Template and Guidelines
Click here to download a template file for the extended abstract (MS-Word 6.0 or higher version). All authors must submit their abstract using the provided template. Additional information on the abstract preparation is described in the template file. Abstracts should be submitted as PDF file and should not exceed 2 pages including figures and tables. No other formats (e.g. Word Document, etc.) will be accepted.
